How We Work
Share your goals
We begin with a brief introductory call or email exchange to learn about your space, your routines, and what you’d like to improve.
See your space through new eyes
We review your home, workspace, or community setting—onsite or virtually—to spot risks, barriers, and opportunities.
Get a clear, tailored plan
You receive specific recommendations you can act on right away, plus ideas for future changes as your needs evolve.
Adjust and follow up
We can check in after changes, fine-tune setups, and support you as your life and work change.
What to Expect
We know it can feel vulnerable to invite someone into your home or talk about pain, safety, and accessibility. Our approach is clinically informed, calm, respectful, and practical.
- No‑pressure recommendations: You decide which changes to make and when.
- Start small if you prefer: We can focus on one room, one workstation, or one concern.
- Work with your budget: We often re‑use what you already own and suggest options at different price points.
- Clear next steps: You’ll leave with concrete suggestions you can act on now and return to as your needs change.
Most sessions are billed hourly, with a one‑hour minimum for the first visit and for onsite work. We’ll review time and scope with you before you decide to move forward. We work with many clients virtually and offer onsite sessions in the San Francisco Bay Area and select locations in California, Oregon, Texas, and Norway.
Not Ready to Schedule?
You don’t have to be ready for a session to benefit from FjordErgo. Follow along through talks, workshops, and other events—and reach out whenever questions come up.
